Prince Philip allegedly solicited a gathering from ladies who they "soak up" while going by a London group focus. 

The Duke of Edinburgh was at the Chadwell Heath Community Center, in east London, amid an official visit with the Queen when he made the remark, as per the Mail Online. 

The 94-year-old identifies with a gathering of ladies present for the middle's opening day, who said his inquiry was proposed as a joke. 

Nusrat Zamir told The Mail: "He was simply teasing and it's like what I call my spouse - the wallet." Ms Zamir, who runs the Chadwell Heath Asian Women's Network inside of the middle, included: "He additionally said 'do you meet to have a tattle?' 

"It's a well known inquiry, quite a few people say what the Duke said yet we do a considerable measure of work. When we sorted out a reasonable in March that took a great deal of arranging and time." 

Ms Zamir gave the Queen a wipe cake upon their landing. A representative for Buckingham Palace declined to remark, yet a regal helper highlighted the connection of comment, telling The Independent he had been visiting about the wipe cake before making the joke.
